About 10 miles from Disney World on the mainly residential location of Loma Linda,
this beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom accommodation with its own private, heated pool is available for vacation rental. This
is your vacation home with everything provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fully equipped and air-conditioned,
it can sleep up to 6 people.
Entrance to Interstate 4 is about 2 miles from Loma Linda whilst US27 is about
3 miles away thus providing easy access to all attractions. Loma Linda is located about
10 minutes from Highway 192 which, apart from attractions such as Medieval Times, Wild West Show, Old Town, and many others,
houses a multitude of shops, supermarkets, petrol stations, and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. The nearest supermarket, bank, gas station, restaurant are 2 miles away at Champions' Gate where you will
also find the nearest golf course.
The large 30' x 15' pool is fully screened and
has underwater lighting. Access to the pool area is via sliding doors from the master bedroom, the lounge area, and from the
kitchen area. Pool furniture is provided for those lazy days basking in the Florida sunshine. There is no additional charge
for pool heating which is via solar panels on the roof.
