Your single storey Florida accommodation
is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. Tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned, the villa comprises
of three large bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining area, and spacious lounge.
The attached large double garage houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom is fitted with a
queen size bed, large dressing-table, 2 bedside cabinets with table lamps, colour TV with remote control. The en-suite bathroom
incorporates twin sinks, bath tub, separate shower, toilet, and walk-in closet with sliding mirrored doors.
The
second and third bedrooms, adjoined by second bathroom, each have twin beds separated by chest of drawers, a bedside lamp,
and large walk-in closets.
Bed linen is provided for all beds with additional sheets, blankets, pillows if required.
Bath and hand towels are provided for each bathroom and towels are provided for around the pool area.
One LCD flat-screen
HD television, DVD Player, Video Player, and CD Player/Radio are sited in the lounge area. A second TV is installed in the
main bedroom. Both TV's are connected to cable network which also provides high speed wireless internet connection. Some
DVDs and Videos are provided plus items such as books, jigsaw puzzles, cards, etc.
The kitchen is fitted out with
an extensive range of equipment; in particular an oven and hob, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave oven, dishwasher,
coffee maker.
For dining in there is a dining table with 6 chairs and more than enough dinner plates,
side plates, cereal bowls, mugs etc., plus silverware(cutlery). To add to the 'home from home', you will find an electric
kettle, teapot with cosy and tea strainer, electric toaster, juicer, blender, electric can opener, egg cups, and more.
Plastic-ware and drinking vessels are provided for use around the pool area to avoid the dangers of broken glass. There is
also a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
There is a charcoal grill and a gas grill for those
who like cook-outs or barbecues.
There is no charge for local and long distance calls in America/Canada whilst
International calls can be made via credit card.
