Stayed in the home for a week in July, and it was wonderful. It's in a nice quiet subdivision, but only a hop,
skip and jump to I4 and short travel time to major attractions. Also there is a Publix, McDonalds and gas station not
5 minutes away. Don't do the pizza from restaurant in Publix shopping center, not good.
I can't tell you
how great it was having a home with a pool to return to after a hot day at Universal and Sea World this week. We used it at
least once a day, and it's large and very well maintained.
This house is one of the best supplied rental homes
I have ever stayed in. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Pool furniture is very comfortable, and there's a shaded
area with table and chairs to sit at when outside. I also loved having a garage to park my car in, and keep out of the FLA
sun.
Ron was wonderful to deal with, and answered any questions I emailed immediately. It was a pleasure doing
business with him.
I would highly recommend this vacation rental, and next time I head to Orlando, will plan on staying
here again.

Just returned from Florida. Was there from May 28-June 7, 2010. The house was everything
we hoped for and more. It was very clean, and was nice to hang out by the pool after a long day. The location was perfect,
it was close to everthing but away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Hope to return at a future date. Highly recommend
it to anyone.
The property was exactly as described and more. The location was close to a Publix, Walgreens, McDonalds,
and a gas station, yet in a quiet area with hardly any traffic. It was close to I4, which made getting to the attractions
easy, especially Disney World. I would recommend taking the toll road to Sea World or Universal if you are going at Easter
break time, as the traffic on I4 is extremely heavy. The propery was very clean, well-maintained, and well supplied with
towels, linens, and kitchen items. The pool and deck were larger than expected, and the gas grill was handy for cookouts.
The interior was also larger than expected with plenty of room for our family of six. I would highly recommend this property
to anyone and look forward to staying there again. March 2010

Excellent place to stay while visiting the area amusement parks.We were pleasantly surprised when entering the
home as it was above expectation. Very clean and the tv has been upgraded to lcd.The pool was by far the most popular place
of the house. Great place to unwind and let the kids splash around. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again!

Wonderful. The house was clean when we arrived
and it perfect in so many different ways. The pool was awsome!!!! It was nice not being right in the heart of Orlando, as
it gave us no time restrictions. Getting around was very easy. Highly recommend this location and I don't think we will
ever look at resort locations after this. Much better then staying in a hotel and no worries of "Time Share Sharks".
The area was very quite and well maintained and the neibours very friendly!! Can't wait to book it again!!!

We’ve had a wonderful week in a lovely villa. Accommodation superb. The pool

Well, here we are at the end of our 2 weeks holiday of a lifetime and how hectic
