1. Signing
the Booking Form and/or payment of the rental, or part thereof, constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The person signing the Booking form must be over 18 years and shall be deemed to be signing on behalf of all the persons
for whom the accommodation is booked.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental charge for the accommodation is required at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of reservation. If the booking
is made 8 weeks or less before the start date then the total rental charge must be paid at that time. If the
balance is not paid by the due date, the owner of the property, or his agents, shall have the right to consider the booking
cancelled without further notice. In the event of any cancellation the deposit is forfeited.
If the booking is cancelled after the balance has been paid reasonable steps will be taken to replace the booking on
terms which are not less favourable than the cancelled booking. If this is unsuccessful then the
whole of the amount paid will be forfeited. 3.
If, after acceptance of the booking, the client wishes to alter any aspect of the booking neither the owner nor his
agents are under any obligation to accept the alteration although every effort will be made to meet the client’s request.
Any costs associated with complying to alterations by the client must be paid for by the client.
If the alteration is less than 8 weeks prior to departure the cancellation charges referred to above may be applied. Clients are strongly recommended to take
out suitable insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. 4. No all male or all female groups accepted
unless specifically agreed with owner. 5.
Before occupation of the property, a security deposit of $250.00(USD) will be paid by the client.
Provided that no damage has occurred during the clients’ occupancy, and that there are no amounts owed by the
clients, then no charges will be raised and the deposit will be refunded in full. The client shall be responsible for any and all damage occasioned or any and all costs of exceptional cleaning or rubbish
removal without limitation. In the event that the security deposit is insufficient to cover such
costs the client will be required to pay any excess if and when demanded.
6.
Neither the owner nor his agents will amend or cancel the booking except where necessitated by circumstances beyond
their control. In this event, the client will be informed as soon as possible and every effort made
to provide similar alternative accommodation. If no acceptable accommodation can be found then all
monies paid by the client will be refunded. Neither the owner nor his agents will be under any further
liability to the client.
7. Any problems/deficiencies
in the accommodation must be reported to the management company immediately.
